This class came about after becoming aware of another layer of my stressful belief system I had no idea was there. It’s like I have a whole other underworld beneath my underworld!
Just from uncovering this so much more has begun to make sense about the lens through which I perceive my world.  A lens that is more different to others’ than I’d previously thought. And if the depth of influence my lens has on me in any indicator, I have to imagine that this is the same or at similar for others.
How has this impacted my Inquiry? Well just as I often write worksheets on the same situation but from a different emotion in statement #1, I now also write from these subtle yet powerfully overriding perspectives.

In this class we will…

• Recognize our own personal underlying ‘laws’ that govern how we live.
• Experience Inquiry with a little more understanding of our motivations and fears.
• Gain insight into ourself and others through real-time sharing in the group.
• Look at the extent to which these beliefs appear to be a precursor to most if not all our thoughts.
• Awaken to the innocence in everyone, especially ourself.

I am grateful to be a part of this class with you; one that I’m imagining will bring a new vitality and enthusiasm for living this life in Inquiry.
