When critical thoughts about us appear, they can be as irrefutably true as they are hard to ignore. Throughout this class, your self-judgments become the building blocks from which meaningful and potentially undiscovered concepts and Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheets grow.

It appears we all share the same self-judgments and their variations;

I’m not good enough,

I’m doing it wrong,

I should…,

I’ll never…

There’s something wrong with me,

I don’t belong.

As a group, we will find support and inspiration discovering where these sabotaging beliefs came from, how they evolved to where they won’t go away, and whether or not they’re serving us today.

Join in the excitement and anticipation of the unknown of where will my self-judgments will take me—an authentic journey doing The Work without motive. Start gathering up your most persistent and strongly true ‘I’ concepts, ready to add them to our communal pile. We’ll set them alight and watch them burn.

The powerful group sharing is further enriched and continued through homework partnering

“I loved taking part in this teleclass. It was a such a welcome combination of examining the painful self-attack thoughts in a safe and open environment, met with Helen exploring alongside with us. It introduced and illuminated ways of doing The Work on self-judgments and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to better understand the inner-critic with inquiry” —Susan V, Canada

“Helen dear, I really want to thank you deeply. You dove in with me with alacrity (don’t get many chances to say that word) and enthusiasm, along with your usual wisdom and focus. It meant the world to me to receive such care, support and understanding. I may have thanked you before, but my gratitude is so great I might have to do it several times to be sure I’ve expressed the whole big thing.” —Sydney
