Whether we’re facilitating our self or another, we are always the client. Getting to the place of being able to rest fully in your own Work takes time. Shorten that time by:

  1. Identifying the beliefs your mind is using, to;
  • Make The Work feel like it’s something that should be done.
  • Criticize you for not doing it well.
  • Make you feel trapped or frustrated whilst being facilitated.
  • Have you come out of inquiry, judging how well it did or didn’t work.

2. Discovering ways to be in the questions so intimately, that profound insight becomes the norm.

If you sense there’s something keeping you from experiencing absolute closeness with your true nature (self or other facilitated), you’re not alone. Let’s get clear together!

Helen is a pretty amazing and unique teacher, and at the same time: not a teacher at all. She openly aims to learn as much from her classes as she feels she has to offer in them. She’s open, curious, inventive and with that, so willing to present herself a new in every situation. Firm if needed. Doesn’t take much (or anything) for granted. A very generous woman who I am very grateful for her showing me time and time again how to find so much more depth in the Work.   If you want to find more depth and more freedom in being a client in the Work, this is your class. It is a class in inviting and landing in the ‘not-knowing’, where the real juicy stuff is found. Helen’s “The Work is not math” and “The Work cannot be done with the mind” says a lot of how she sees the Work: an always new adventure. This class also gave me a whole new clue of what ‘clients rights’ can mean to us as client.
Prepare for lots of laughter.
This class is more a bath than a class. Enjoy!    – Carolien A. (The Netherlands)

 I highly recommend this course. I find it much easier now to be both facilitator and client as I learned in this class to be more aware of how I show up in both of those roles. Working with Helen is always fun and enlightening, as she has a great understanding of the material and knows how to keep the class moving at the right pace.   – Frank J Garcia
