The Work of Byron Katie helps unravel all the stories in our head that prevent us from wholly following the two great commandments. Our beliefs (often sub-conscious) limit our access to feeling God’s presence, especially in times of stress. Each conditioned thought we question using The Work, brings us closer to the Living Word that is ever present within us. We learn to hand over our negative stories to God.
This class is for you if…
- You are a practicing Christian and new to The Work of Byron Katie.
- You are a practicing Christian and have experience with The Work of Byron Katie.
In this class you will…
- Learn how to do The Work and how to incorporate it into your daily life.
- Discover The Work compliments and enriches religious practice.
- Find a newfound freedom to live fearlessly and lose yourself in God’s love.
- Gain understanding of how your own subconscious programming acts against your desire and best efforts to show up in the world as a loving Christian.
- Have weekly homework and partner exercises.
- Be able to continue experiencing The Work on your own following this class.
